An accelerator assembly is an electromechanical input device that translates pedal or lever movement into an electrical signal for a vehicle or equipment control system. It incorporates a rotary shaft mechanism and electrical terminals that transmit position feedback to an electronic controller, enabling precise control of motor speed, vehicle acceleration, or machine operation.

Commonly found in electric vehicles, material handling equipment, industrial machinery, and other specialty applications, the accelerator assembly provides the critical link between the operator's input and the electronic control system. Its durable design and multiple electrical connections ensure dependable performance in demanding operating environments where accurate speed and power regulation are essential.
